About Overload Lifting

Overload Lifting is a gym equipment brand focused on solving practical training problems through engineering-driven design. We specialize providing solutions that allow lifters to push the limit ceiling as high as possible.

Our products are designed for real gym environments and for people who take training seriously, from experienced individual lifters to members and owners of commercial gyms.

Why Overload Lifting Exists

Many pin-loaded and switch-loaded machines impose artificial limits on progression. Machines like the adductor, leg extension, and other selectorized equipment often max out long before a lifter does, forcing workarounds that are inconsistent, unsafe, or simply impractical.

Overload Lifting was created to address that gap. The goal was not to reinvent training, but to remove unnecessary constraints so lifters can continue progressing in a controlled and repeatable way to continue providing results.

Designed for Real Gym Use

Our products are designed with commercial and private gyms in mind. They are used in independent facilities as well as commercial gym settings where equipment must withstand repeated use by strong lifters.

We focus on compatibility, durability, and ease of use across different machines rather than building equipment for a single setup or niche scenario.

An Engineering-Driven Approach

Overload Lifting products are the result of an iterative engineering process. Multiple design versions were tested and refined before arriving at the current implementation. Every design decision prioritizes performance, function, and long-term durability over unnecessary complexity.

The goal is to provide lifters with reliable tools that integrate cleanly into existing equipment, adapt to different machines, and hold up over time.

Built for Progression

Progression is the foundation of effective training. Overload Lifting products are designed to help lifters continue progressing safely and predictably, whether that means micro-loading or pushing beyond the limits of standard machine stacks.

Our philosophy is simple: provide the best possible value to lifters so they can train harder, train longer, and get stronger without artificial barriers.
